Jewel Adams is a wife and mother of eight, grandmother to nine and counting, and the author of interracial Christian romance, young adult fantasy, and non-fiction. She is also a motivational speaker to both adult and youth groups.
Because her past was a rough and painful one, she tries to impress upon others how important we all are, why we are here, and help them to recognize their worth. Jewel’s message is that no matter our background or what kind of life we've been handed we can overcome any obstacle life throws at us. We simply have to understand our worth, decide on the kind of person we want to be, then strive for those attributes. Each of us can make this world better by being here, and make everything we touch and everyone we come in contact with better for it. If she can help at least one person to truly understand this, she has accomplished something.
In her spare time, you can find Jewel curled up with a good book and a healthy stash of orange Tic Tacs. She and her family reside in Utah.
